Great site!
On their home page, go to the heading: "Practices" - there you'll find commentary and techniques of various spiritual traditions of the world such as Buddhism, Judaism, Islam, Hinduism, etc.
Of particular interest may be that of "Initiatives of Change" - it is the modern descendant of the Oxford Group, and the method detailed under that section is the very same one used by the early AA fellowship to listen for guidance from God.
